Agreement

These terms govern your use of Artifacto. By using Artifacto, you agree to these terms. If you are using Artifacto on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Use of Artifacto

Artifacto lets users create, edit, save, and share interactive business artifacts. You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, content, and use of generated outputs.

You may not use Artifacto to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or attempt to access data you are not allowed to access.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Artifacto. You grant Artifacto permission to process, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Third-Party Services

Artifacto may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and AI functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Artifacto is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifacto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Artifacto after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
