Overview
Artifacto helps teams create, edit, save, and share interactive business artifacts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, such as your email address, profile details, workspace information, uploaded or pasted content, generated artifacts, and messages or requests you send to Artifacto. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image, depending on what Google provides.
We also collect basic usage and technical information, such as browser type, pages visited, product actions, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, save workspaces, personalize artifact creation, generate and edit content, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and communicate with users about their accounts.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Artifacto, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or when you choose to share an artifact or workspace with another person.
Data Retention and Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Artifacto, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
